The Conservation Drainage Network holds Annual Meetings each year that bring together drainage and conservation professionals in industry, state and federal agencies, universities, and private organizations. Before the formation of the CDN in 2019, the predecessor Agricultural Drainage Management Systems Task Force and partners held meetings at least annually since 2002. Partners include the North Central Extension and Research Activity 217 – Drainage Design and Management Practices to Improve Water Quality, and the Transforming Drainage Project which organized the meetings from 2015-2021.
