Transportation

The closest major airport is the Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) which is approximately 65 miles away. It is strongly encouraged to make travel arrangements when booking your flight.

RMA

Arrangements made with RMA can provide direct transport from the major airports to the Tidewater Inn, but need to be made in advance. We are currently working with RMA to receive a conference rate for individual groups to be able to book and a point of contact with RMA to help coordinate efforts. Check back for updates.

BayRunner Shuttles

Arrangements can be made in advance with BayRunner Shuttles, (410)-912-6000 to transport from the BWI Airport to the private Easton, Maryland Airport. From there, the Tidewater Inn has a shuttle that could pick-up guests or arrangements can be made through Uber/Lyft or taxi services. Rates are approximately $66 for an individual and decrease if booked with a group.

Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend the Conservation Drainage Network 2023 Annual conference, you may contact Jeanne Hansen at jhansen@admcoalition.com on or before March 6, 2023 for a full refund less a $25 processing fee. If you can no longer attend the event in-person but would like to attend virtually, a refund request can be made on or before March 6th for the price difference of the respective registration costs minus a $20 processing fee. Refunds will be made after the event. No refunds will be given for any cancellations after March 6, 2022.
